Tbh, had a fairly nice stay for 1 night. The hotel area was clean, the room was airy and luxurious. The staff were exceptional and showed us the nice on-site authentic restaurant. Enjoyed efficient check-in and late check-out. Could use their overnight parking.
Views appeared to be not very nice.

Reception staff resposive and helpful as the Television in my room did not work. Very quickly moved to another room with minimum fuss.

Really comfortable stay, room was spacious and clean with a good sized shower room. All in all good value for money and should I need to stay in Sheffield again I would certainly stop here. Breakfast was included in the price.
Eating area quite basic, but would not stop me staying again.

Location
We had to be moved twice because the first two rooms we were given were dirty. The toilet in the first two bathrooms were splattered with urine all over the seat and pan and had clearly not been wiped. Also the surfaces around the sink in the second room still had toothpaste marks from the previous user. The staff were very apologetic but I would be reluctant to stay in this hotel again as if the toilets were dirty I began to wonder if the cleaner had even changed the sheets - even though they seemed clean.

The comfy bed 🛏️ made my stay feel like a dream! The only letdown was the noisy road outside, but the location is pretty handy. Definitely would return for that bed alone!
